Driving Directions from Google Maps

Directions From Austin:
Take Hwy 290 West to Dripping Springs.
Turn left on Rob Shelton Blvd as you enter into Dripping Springs (between the new HEB under construction and Home Depot)
Drive approximately 1/4 mile and turn left at the Tee intersection with Sports Park Rd

 

 Directions From Wimberly on RR12:
Take RR12 north to Dripping Springs.
Pass the 150/RR12 intersection.
Approximately 2 miles past this intersection, look for the green Sports Park Rd. sign, take a right.
If you come to the RR12/Hwy 290 intersection, you have gone too far.

 

 

Lightning Policy

"If you can see it (lightning), flee it (take shelter)."

"If you can hear it (thunder), clear it (suspend activities)."

When you first see lightning or hear thunder, suspend activities and go to shelter.

A metal vehicle or a substantial building is a safe place. Wait until 30 minutes after the last observed lightning or thunder before resuming activities.
